How do I choose the right size?

Check the sizing chart at the bottom of the ordering page. We've measured our shirts to those exact specifications; true to fit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping depends on your location, however 96% of our customers receive their Holler Back shirts within 10 business days from ordering. Processing times and carrier options are not usually interrupted making for consistent deliveries.

Question:

What if it doesn't fit? What if I need a different size?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (unworn or unused) with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Question: How long do refunds take?

Just a couple minutes for us to issue a refund. However, it is dependent on your bank or financial institution on when your money might be available again in your account.

Can I return the item?

You may, but you'll unfortunately accrue the return shipping cost. Best thing to do is give the shirt to a friend, family member, or neighbor as a gift! They'll love it!

The idea originated when the song, "Hollaback Girl" was popular. This Holler Back online store was started in March of 2020.

Do you sell internationally?

We do! We ship world-wide!

Do you offer multiple payment options?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as express checkout through Shop, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and even Venmo.

Question: What if I receive the item damaged?

Although this has never happened, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Question: Do you do exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Question: Do you offer refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
